Snack (9:30 am) – coffee w/packet of Nestle Cocoa mix
Lunch (1:00 pm) – Zoe’s Kitchen protein power plate, side of white beans – Damn meetings. You can plan all you want. You can bring your food – if you can’t get to it there is no promise you will get to eat at 11:30 am like you want to
Pre-WOD snack (5:45 pm) – apple, ½ oz nuts
Post-WOD (7:15pm) – Body Fortress Whey Protein
Dinner (8:30 pm) – 1 oz almonds, ½ c. raspberries – No this is not an adequate dinner by any means. But I had to drive Rhett Butler all the way to puppy camp and this is what I had in the car. Got home at almost 10 and was way too tired to think about eating. Sometimes sleep>food. Sure I’ll be feeling this tomorrow at morning training.
